Check email

Video File Insert.

Watch the Video here above for basic email training.

Please read the following because it will answer most of you question regarding email.

All courtworkers have email addresses using the following format: first initial and last name @courtworker.com for example, my addresss is mail@courtworker.com.  This is a web based email so you can check it from any computer that has access to the Internet.

Auto Responder: Each email address has an auto responders which goes to the person emailing you more detailed information like you phone number or address.  Emails will be used more often to communicate with you so learn how they are reviewed.

Check Email Often: Remember, you will receive emails from other courtworkers each time they need your assistance; so check your email often (at least 2 times a day).  To check your email you need to enter your complete email address in the login box and enter your password.  Make sure that you change your password often.  Good passwords use letters, numbers and symbols.  They are easy to remember, but hard for someone else to figure out.  For example, { sask34:)atoon } includes letters, numbers and symbols.  Again, please change your email often.

Reporting email: You will also get an email confirming entries on the reporting system each time you report. If you are not getting these emails then you need to contact me.  As I get you supervisor's email address they will get a copy of these emails so they will know you are reporting.  If you want to print out a copy of your activities you can go to http://skreports.courtworker.com and print reports.  REMEMBER you need the Adobe Acrobat software to run your reports.  It is free and a link is on the reporting web page.

If you have any problems contact me by phone or email mail@courtworker.com   or teamviewer
