The Saskatchewan Aboriginal Courtworker Program started certifying courtworker in September 2007.  There are three levels of courtworker designated in Saskatchewan.  All courtworker have until April 2008 to be certified to a Level 2.  Application for certification are available and need to be completed so you can begin the process.  Once the application is received you will be assigned your Level 3 evaluator.  They will review and assist you with the process.

Courtworkers not certified and designated at a Level 2 will have six months to complete Level 2 certification, if the designation is not achieved then they will NOT be able to work as a courtworker.  All new courtworkers have 6 months to get a Level 2 designation.
